All disabled visitors attending the Good Food Show are advised to inform the Box Office operators at the time of booking tickets if they require a wheelchair space, or have any special requirements. They will also help you find the most convenient seating for visually impaired visitors and will have details of the days and times of demonstrations with sign language interpreters. Please note that all ticket sales are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please also note all tickets for disabled visitors come with one free carer ticket. These carer tickets can be added for free at checkout.

The NEC has a fleet of mobility equipment available to hire on a first come, first serve basis. We therefore recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Unfortunately due to the current circumstances, The NEC are unable to facilitate telephone bookings at this time. However, you can email your enquiry to [email protected], and a member of the team will contact you within three working days.

Wheelchairs are available free of charge for blue badge holders and £5 for all other visitors. The number of wheelchairs we have available is limited, so if you’ve got your own, please bring it with you.

Scooters are available for £15 per hire for all visitors.

All pre-bookings will be held until 1100hrs on the day they’ve been booked for, unless otherwise advised.

For any visitors who have not pre-booked equipment and arrive on the day, any remaining stock will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. As collection location varies from show to show, please check the collection point when making a booking.

Please note: Mobility equipment hire is only available during show open times and The NEC only accept payment by card for any equipment hired.

The NEC has numerous car parks that are more broadly categorised into North, East, South and West with over 20,000 onsite parking spaces. On your arrival at the NEC, traffic officers will direct you to the most convenient parking area for your event, however being such a large site with a number of entrances, it is recommended that you refer to The NEC Site Map before your arrival to avoid adding time to your journey.  The NEC is well sign-posted from the M6 (J4), the M42 (J6), the A45, A446 & M1.

We strongly advise to book pre-paid parking in advance of the Show (up until the night before the Show opens) to secure the best rates at £8, as on the day parking will be charged at £10. This price has been subsidised by Immediate Media. For more information and to book pre-paid parking click here.  If you choose to pay on the day, tickets can be purchased from ticket machines during your visit and presented at the exit of the car park when you leave.

Disabled parking for any vehicles displaying a blue badge is available and situated close to the halls for easy access. Both standard and disabled pre-paid parking is available.

Shuttle buses operate between the car parks and the Show.

For queries regarding parking or feedback, please contact the NEC here.

BBC Gardeners’ World Live runs alongside the Good Food Show. Ticket includes entry to both shows – that’s two shows for the price of one! There are no barriers between Shows, so you are free to wander between the Shows at your leisure.
